Earthsite Designs New Website for Mattole Restoration Council

The Mattole Restoration Council is one of North America’s oldest community-led watershed restoration organizations. Established in 1983, the Council’s primary mission is to understand, restore and conserve the ecosystems of the Mattole River watershed in Humboldt County, California, with attention to threatened coho and Chinook salmon and steelhead.

Earthsite’s founder, Joey Shepp, grew up in the Mattole River watershed so this project was near and dear to his heart.  As a former resident with family still in the area, he was happy to help support The Mattole Restoration Council by building them a new website.

Earthsite Designs New Website for Carmen San Miguel Imports

We decided it was time to add some wine to our mix of food clients. One that goes especially well with Rumiano Family Organic cheese!

Carmen San Miguel Imports was started by a husband and wife team, Jesse Haro and Rosalinda Rodriguez.  They begin traveling to Granada, Spain several years ago and fell in love with the people, food, wine and culture so much they decided to start an import company.  Their hope is to share a taste of Granada, Spain with the United States.  To begin with, they are offering three types of wine that will be availble in select Northern California restaurants in the early part of 2014.

After building this website we too fell in love with Granada, Spain and hope to visit there someday soon!

We love their products which include organic, raw nut butters, coconut butter and oil, and chocolate spread.  Yes, that’s right we said coconut butter!  A great alternative butter that we discovered tastes great on sweet potatoes.

Artisana is available at many health food stores near you and online here>>>  We invite you to give it a try!
