Earthsite Hires Social Media Manager: Ryan Milani

RyanEarthsite welcomes, Ryan Milani as the newest member to our team.

Ryan Milani is an innovator, steward, and connector. He holds an MBA in Sustainable Enterprise from Dominican University of California.  As a student in the MBA, he founded Casa Blanca 2.0, an online social network for faculty, students, and alumni of the program. In addition, he's also taken initiative on a variety of other social media and web 2.0 projects for the MBA and as a consultant.

Ryan demonstrated leadership by founding the Dominican University of California Net Impact Chapter, an international organization of over 10,000 MBA students and professionals focused on advancing sustainability initiatives through business. He has successfully managed and led a team of eight MBA students in organizing operations, event planning, and administration for over 60 chapter members.

He is repsonsible for the Social Media campaigns for the Green Festival including GreenFestivalTV and Radio as well as GreenMaven.com Ryan is utilizing these techniques to start campaigns for several of Earthsite's clients.

Earthsite Hires Project Manager: Matthew Edwards

Matthew is a senior project manager, business process consultant, and technical architect with over 14 years experience with a wide range of clients including At& T, Wells Fargo, Chase Manhattan, PacifiCare, M&I Data Services, Fleet Boston Bank, Citibank, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, The Hartford Insurance, The United Kingdom Royal Post Office, KPN Telecom (Netherlands), Telecom New Zealand, and The Washington Post.

In addition to prior consulting work, Matthew served as a Senior Project Manager with Avolent, a leading eBilling software company, and also spent 8 years at American Management Systems, where he managed the eBilling/ePayment practice, delivering large strategic web-based systems to Fortune 500 clients.

 
Earthsite Opens New Studio

earthsite-office-300pxIn September of 2008, Earthsite moved it's headquarters to Fairfax Square located at 85 Bolinas Rd in Fairfax, CA just 45 minutes north of San Francisco.

This location is a perfect spot for the Earthsite team, who balance their lives with activities that feed their love for the natural world. Fairfax's commitment to sustainability underscores Earthsite's mission and offers opportunities for more service to the green community.

Fairfax Square is home to a Garden Cafe, Yoga and Pilates studios, and a Holistic Health Center.  This new studio space provides an excellent space for the Earhsite team to collaborate each day on several projects.

Michelle is the Media Manager for Earthsite's keystone client the Green Festival.  Michelle directs the Green Festival onsite media team at the live festival.  She then produces GreenFestivalTV and Radio for distribution on the Green Festival website and through several social media channels.

Michelle brings a deep-rooted passion for the power of new media as a means of communicating important messages for the Green movement. After a successful career in business administration and marketing management, Michelle chose to focus her creative and professional energies on media production. She has worked for the Institute of Noetic Sciences, the Pachamama Alliance, Northcutt Productions, and other organizations helping to raise awareness and bring solutions to our ecological crisis.
