Joey Shepp

Over ten years later he has designed and developmented hundreds of website for the green economy. His company, Earthsite, has become known as one of the top digital media firms for sustainabile brands.

As Earthsite's Principal he develops unique strategies for each client and ensures projects meet their goals. Mr. Shepp combines his extensive knowledge of sustainable business and internet technology to help businesses succeed.

Joey speaks at conferences around the world on the topic of digital media and building sustainable brands. Joey holds a degree in ecological design from the University of California Santa Cruz and an MBA in Sustainable Enterprise from the Green MBA program at Dominican University of CA.

Business Development

Stacie Shepp

Headshot-Stacie-Shepp-200px-square Stacie is the Co-founder of Earthsite. She manages business development for the company and works with client's on their social media campaigns. She holds an MBA in Sustainable Enterprise from the GreenMBA program at Dominican University of CA.

Stacie has been dedicated to the sustainability movement for over 10 years. After receiving her GreenMBA, she studied Permaculture at the Regenerative Design Institute. She served for three years on the Sustainable Fairfax board as the Marketing and Policy Chairs before becoming Vice President. Stacie then served on the board of the San Francisco Bay Area Green Chamber of Commerce as the Marketing Chair before becoming the Interim Executive Director in 2011.

Stacie's enjoys assisting sustainable brands in their growth through the use of digital media while living a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

Project Manager and Web Developer

Lillian Dignan

Headshot-Lillie-Dignan-200px-square Lillian is Earthsite's Project Manager for several clients including: Wallaby Yogurt Company, WholeSoy, NatureEner, and more. Lillian has a background in web design, media and project management and is passionate about art, design, communications and technology. She has worked with both small businesses and nonprofits finding creative ways to utilize technology to enhance their businesses.

Lillian is an analytical designer and writer with a commitment to sustainable living. She graduated with a BA in Art History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

SEO/SEM Specialist

Ryan Milani

Headshot-Ryan-Milani-200px-square Ryan holds an MBA in Sustainable Enterprise from Dominican University of California and a BA in Sociology from Chico State. While Ryan was a GreenMBA student, he led the development of the Dominican Chapter of Net Impact where he served as President.

Ryan began working with Earthsite in 2009, working with several clients to manage social media campaigns and content. Ryan also served as a Jr. developer at Earthsite before finding his passion in managing SEO strategies.

Senior Designer

Lisa Winter

Headshot-Lisa-Winter-NEW-200px-square Lisa has 15+ years experience as a graphic designer. She has thorough knowledge of every aspect of the design process, from concept to delivery. Her talents include design, print/web production, art direction, copywriting, illustration and project management. She worked as the Senior Graphic Designer for Natalie Kitamura Design for 9 years and Working Assets (Credo Mobile) as a Graphic Designer for 4 years.

Lisa has designed and produced corporate identity, print collateral, websites, brochures, sales kits, catalogs, advertising, direct mail, CD/DVD graphics, indoor and outdoor signage and packaging, copywriting, management of printers and other vendors, and corporate graphic standards. Lisa also has expert knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, QuarkXpress, GoLive, Dreamweaver and a working knowledge of Flash.

Senior Web Developer

Ashwani Dher

Ashwani 200px Ashwani is a Technical Team Lead with over 12 years of relevant IT experience. He has worked with a wide range of companies. His past client interactions include New York Times, Britannica Encyclopedia, Reuters, The Street Inc., Bucknuts, NIIT, Aptech, among others. He has delivered 100+ web applications including Open Source ones for LAMP platform. He's most passionate about following new technologies and their applicability.

Though he leads and guides technical teams, he likes to be hands-on with code whenever his schedule permits him or an opportunity presents itself. He brings extensive knowledge and expertise in PHP, Joomla, MySql, JS, HTML, AJAX, XML and SOAP.
